On December 22, 2024, Canara World Foundation, in partnership with Canadian Blood Services, held a meaningful plasma donation drive at the Brampton Canadian Plasma Donation Centre. Starting at 10:30 am, this event united our community in the spirit of giving during the holiday season.
Plasma donations are critical for saving lives, and through this drive, we proudly supported the CBS 450 Challenge—a vital initiative addressing Canada’s growing plasma needs.
We are deeply grateful to our donors: Craig Lobo, Ferdinand D’Souza, Hezekiah D’Cunha, Janice Philips, Julia D’Souza, Nancy Lobo, Nancy Mendes, Prinson D’Souza, Ronald D’Souza, and Stanny D’Cunha. We especially thank & appreciate Anthony Albert Soosay, for his ongoing weekly plasma donations. Your generosity embodies the true meaning of Christmas. To everyone donating during Christmas week, thank you for your life-saving contributions.
If you’re inspired to make a difference, we invite you to join this ongoing effort. Reach out to Nancy Mendes, Canadian Blood Services champion for Canara World Foundation, to learn how you can become a donor. Every donation counts, every drop saves lives.
