4 cooks required for an Indian Pakistani Grill and cury house. Must have more than 2 years of extensive experience in Indian, Mughalai and Afghani cuisine. Knowledge of Persian and Mediterranean dishes is an added advantage. Very well versed in handling tandoor for preparing different kinds of Naan, Roti, Kababs, Tikka, chops and related meat and bread items. Knowledge of vegetarian dishes is an added advantage.
Salary 15$ per hour, 40 $ per week.
